Countryside Partnerships has handed Yorkshire Housing the keys to the first of 120 new homes in Knaresborough.
The Castle Locke development features a mix of tenures which are shared ownership, affordable rent, rent to buy and market sale, providing flexibility and accessibility to potential homeowners. With a range of bedroom configurations, the homes cater to individuals and families of different sizes.
As part of our effort to tackle the climate crisis and to future proof our homes, all properties on this development benefit from electric vehicle charging points too.
This site which started in 2021 is scheduled to be completed in 2024. The project represents a £25 million pound investment, highlighting our commitment to building new homes that people can be proud of.
Development Project Manager, Steven Harrison said:
“We’re thrilled to get the keys to the first 11 of 120 new homes in Boroughbridge.

“Yorkshire Housing has a goal of delivering 8,000 new homes and the site takes us closer to achieving this target.”
