We are delighted to share that we have appointed Sarah Evans as our new executive director of customer experience.
Sarah has a wealth of knowledge in delivering exceptional customer experience. She joins Yorkshire Housing from HSBC where she led the UK’s customer service operations, leading around 4000 colleagues working in service centres around the globe and developing HSBC’s customer experience across several direct contact channels. She has previously held senior leadership positions at RBS and NatWest.
Sarah will oversee the delivery of our new business strategy, developing a customer obsessed approach to transform our customer experience.
Speaking about Sarah’s appointment, Nick Atkin, Yorkshire Housing CEO said: “We’re delighted to welcome Sarah to Yorkshire Housing. Her passion, knowledge and years of experience will help us to continue to put our customers at the heart of everything we do.
“Sarah will build on the strong foundations we already have in place and will lead our drive to become truly customer obsessed. She’ll oversee the design and delivery of our services to support the needs of our customers and communities and to make sure everyone has a place they’re proud to call home.”
Sarah formally took up her new position on the 5 February.
