Our recruitment process

  • Step 1: You’ll put in your application.

  • Step 3: First stage interviews! This could be an interview online or activity based at an assessment centre or maybe a combination of both.
  • Step 4: Second stage interview! We don’t always have a second stage interview but if we do, we’ll normally do these face-to-face.
  • Step 5: We make a decision and offer you the job if you’ve been successful.
