We put our customers at the heart of everything we do. And we know the best way to improve our services is by listening to you. To do that properly, we need you on board to share your opinions and shape what we do. Fancy getting involved? You’re in luck, we’ve got loads of flexible ways you can join in.

In 2025, you'll see that we're more present in your community, talking to you about what really matters and making sure your voice is heard and that it shapes decisions on how we do things.

Your voice matters

This is our Facebook group where you get a chance to have your say and shape what we do. If you're worried about time...this is the one for you - you can be involved as much or as little as you like – the choice is yours.

Customer voice and review committee (CVRC)

The CVRC make sure your voice is heard at all levels across the organisation. They meet regularly to talk about current issues and topics that matter to you, our customers.

Complaints forum

Our complaints forum is for customers who want to get involved in making changes based on the complaints we get. You'll review complaints every four months and meet once a year.

Review Crew

Our Review Crew is a great way for our customers to have a say in how we deliver our services. You’ll be able to check and challenge what we do and most important of all, it’s your chance to hold us to account.

This group play a key role in shaping how we tackle climate change. They review our climate change strategy and influence how we approach our journey to net zero.

Volunteering

Want to give volunteering a go? We’ve got loads of options. You don’t have to be a Yorkshire Housing customer to volunteer with us either. It’s open to everyone!
